Sand Hollow

This weekend Daniel & I took a trip to St. George. We left Friday night and stayed at Luke & Ralani house for the weekend. Saturday the boys got up early hooked up Luke's boat and went fishing to Sand Hollow, then later that day us girls packed up some lunch for everyone and headed to the lake. When we got there on Friday it was 112 degrees I thought I was going to die, but Saturday it drop down to 92 degrees with some cloud coverage so it ended up being a really nice day to hang out on the lake. When us girls got there they did a little more fishing, then we had some fun. Ralani started out by showing everyone her talent in wake boarding, which she did an awesome job.

Next Dano had to give it a try, he had a few face plants, swallowed a lot of water, but he finally got the hang of it. He was doing really great for his 1st time, then he got cocky and tried holding on with one hand and had another face plant into the water.

Then it was Jessie turn, she as well had a few face plants, but was not going to give up until she was up. She kept trying until the boat started giving us troubles.

So we just putted around drinking beer, swimming and relaxing on the boat. But all in all it was a nice weekend to go down there and hang out with everyone.

Monroe Mtn.

For the 24th of July we went camping with Daniel's family to Monroe Mtn. July has been really hot so it was nice to head up to the mountains and have a nice cool weekend. We rode the 4 wheelers around looking for deer & Dano looked for arrowheads. Later that day Daniel, Marlo & myself went fishing, Dano & Marlo caught some trout.

The Nursery

I've had so much FUN picking out things for our little girls nursery. Daniel & my dad put the crib & dresser together, then Daniel & I went to town getting the sheets, blankets, & bumper pads put in the crib & putting the mobile together. Then Daniel & I had a lesson with the stroller & car seat putting the car seat on the stroller, taking the stroller up and down and now we just need to learn the most important part, putting the car seat on the base in the car. I think were getting closer to being ready for the arrival!!
